Annual Mikelson Fun & Fish Tournament
A total of 916 pounds of fish were caught
for orphanage donation in Ensenada by a fleet of Mikelsons
ranging from 43 to 61 feet.
The Winning Fish was
a 32lb. Yellowfin Tuna caught by UNO MAS,
a Mikelson 50 Sportfish
(Caught on Saturday)
The Most Fish were caught
by CONTENDER, a Mikelson 61 Pilothouse
with 57 Fish
(all caught on Friday!)
The Most Pounds of Fish
were caught by WHEEL SEA, a Mikelson
43 with a total weight of 352 lbs (all caught on Friday!)

Winning Anglers from UNO MAS
A seven piece Mariachi Band played for all entrants saturday
afternoon after the scales closed on the deck of the beautiful
Hotel Coral overlooking the marina.
The awards banquet dinner followed with great food and
much laughter while awards were presented to the various
Mikelson entrants. The winning anglers were also the
youngest and some of the cutest in the contest! A great
time was had by all!

The donated fish will feed orphaned or abused children
housed at The Kids Kingdom in Ensenada for weeks. To donate or
for more information on The Kids Kingdom please email idsking@telnor.net
Excess funds from the tournament will be donated to a charity
named FOCUS, a volunteer organization, which is helping
to build a new building in San Pasqual, CA. that houses
children whose parents have been incarcerated or who are
in rehabilitation
